Hello, everyone! This is my first blog post, but I am excited to add a blog as one of my offerings! In my blog, I'll be documenting my everyday life a bit more, sharing what's going on in my own life and in my life as a teacher.

Today kicked off my second week of Winter Break and I absolutely loved it! I spent the day taking advantage of some great after-Christmas sales with my mom and two sisters. My favorite finds of the day were tons of highly discounted Christmas jewelry from Joann Fabrics!

I'm enjoying a bit of a slower-paced daily life this week. My life when school is in session is busy busy busy from early in the morning to late-late at night. A typical day for me involves getting up at 5:45, leaving for work at 6:30, getting Starbucks (of course), teaching all day, anywhere from 2-4 piano lessons in the afternoon, and then rehearsal for a musical from 6-9. It's non-stop, but I absolutely love it!

How are you spending the odd void of a week that is the time in between Christmas and the New Year?
